The Challenge
Crave 'n Cav is a bustling campus food stall at Malla Reddy University in Hyderabad. During peak class lunch breaks, long physical queues caused order bottlenecks, missed sales, and student frustration when trying to view daily combos and free ice cream promotions.
Our Solution
StackForge designed and built a mobile-first digital menu and instant ordering application. We built interactive food categories (Shawarmas, Loaded Sandwiches, Cold Mojitos, Shakes & Maggi), integrated automated promo banners for daily student offers (e.g. Free Ice Cream on orders > ₹159), and optimized performance for instant mobile loading over campus Wi-Fi.
The Results
Daily order volume surged by 4.2× within 3 weeks of launch, reducing lunch peak queue wait times from 20 minutes to under 4 minutes. Over 85% of campus students now preview the menu and promos directly from their phones.
