A flagship digital sanctuary and direct booking platform for a 5-star eco-wellness retreat, engineered with fluid canvas transitions and sub-second page performance.
The Challenge
Aurea Retreats is an ultra-exclusive wellness sanctuary nestled in tropical mountains. Their previous digital platform was slow, reliant on third-party widgets, and suffered high reservation drop-off rates on mobile devices while costing them heavy commissions to Online Travel Agencies.
Our Solution
We engineered a custom Next.js 15 resort platform featuring an intuitive villa selection suite, interactive retreat itinerary builders, and real-time reservation synchronization. We crafted fluid scroll-driven animations, high-res webp visual optimization, and a lightweight headless CMS.
The Results
Achieved a 52% increase in direct, commission-free reservations within 60 days of deployment. Mobile booking conversion spiked by 3.1×, while average page load speeds dropped to under 0.6 seconds globally.
